Lorrenza in a warm modern workspace
For the work behind the vision.

You built something worth running well.

EZRI takes ownership of the business work that keeps landing back on you — coordinating the vendor, handling the on-site need, researching the next move, or getting a stalled project moving again.

One thing or an ongoing list. Start with what needs handling.

You’ve carried enough.
The owner problem

You became the project manager without applying for the job.

Somewhere along the way, you became the person every unfinished thing comes back to.

  • The vendor call.
  • The appointment no one else can attend.
  • The research you still haven’t gotten to.
  • The project that’s been sitting open for six weeks.

You keep absorbing it because there isn’t another capable person to own it.

We take ownership of the loose ends — and move them toward done.
How EZRI works

Three ways to hand it off.

Be there.

Meeting the vendor. Receiving the delivery. Being present for the routine appointment you can’t make.

Figure it out.

Comparing vendors. Sourcing the right fit. Researching the thing you haven’t had time to untangle.

Make it happen.

Running the appreciation event. Resetting the display for the season. Moving a stalled project to done.

Who it’s for

For owners who can’t be in two places at once.

Beauty + wellness

Salons, med spas and studios where your time belongs with clients — not waiting on vendors, chasing details or pulling together every special project.

Boutique retail + showrooms

Independent shops with vendors, displays, launches, events and a physical space that always seems to need something.

Established local businesses

Owner-led teams where appointments, vendors, research and unfinished projects still route through one person: you.

If your business runs on trust and too much still comes back to you, it’s worth a conversation.

Who’s behind EZRI

Real help. Not another platform.

Ezri means “my help.”

I’m Lorrenza — a project manager with an MBA and years spent coordinating complex work for fast-moving teams.

I’ve built my career taking work with a lot of moving pieces, figuring out what needs to happen, bringing the right people together and making sure it actually moves forward.

I created EZRI to bring that same steadiness, resourcefulness and follow-through to owner-led businesses here in Spring and The Woodlands.

You don’t need another person waiting for instructions.
You need somewhere reliable to put the work.

How we keep it focused

Built for work that needs a capable person.

EZRI is at its best when something needs judgment, coordination, follow-through or someone trustworthy in the room.

Business-related errands can be in scope.

When they support a project, event or defined business need. Personal errands aren’t.

We’re not routine staffing.

EZRI doesn’t cover regular front-desk shifts or function as an ongoing substitute employee.

We stay out of licensed work.

No bookkeeping, legal, medical or other work requiring professional licensing.

Support is scheduled, not 24/7 on-call.

Early mornings, evenings and weekend events can be booked in advance.
